Happy Birthday Baby Boy. Wow I can't believe a whole year has gone by. I can only imagine how far you would have come in so many ways. You may not be on this planet that we can earth but you are in spirit. I think and embrace your life every day. Lord only knows the affect you have had on my life. I feel so blessed to have been a part of your short life, but the feeling you gave me will last a life time. Brayden I never had such an inspiration to have children until I saw you come into the world. I cannot wait to tell my children about you and the impact you will forever have in my life. Happy first birthday Brayden. I love you so much. I will always be missing and thinking of you.

I remember the day you were born, little man, I finally got to hold you and you looked at me with such big eyes. I should've known how special you were going to be that day, but I had a feeling. Especially, one time I caught you snoring in your sleep. Never in my life had a known a baby that snored until you, Bray. What a calm, and bright feeling you brought into the world, and so much sadness came when you left.. you touched my heart and still to this day have impacted my mothering, I will never ever let one day go uncherished, because each is so precious. You're tiny journey through life taught me that it really doesn't matter what all you do in life, or how long it takes, it's how much you appreciated and all the hearts you touch. Watch over your mommy little man, she needs your strength. I plan to put your picture in the baby book so Sky can also be touched by your tiny angel wings. Sleep heavenly baby boy.

I am so sorry for your loss and I know the difficult time you are going through right now and the very difficult days ahead of you. There is nothing that anyone can say that will reverse time or bring your sweet Brayden back to you. As a mother that lost my only son to SIDS I encourage you to remember these words: "They say that time in Heaven is compared to a blink of an eye on Earth"--when you are re-united it will be for eternity. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you embark on this unexpected journey through grief.

Heather, Life does not make sense and losing someone as young and precious as Brayden is heartbreaking. I will miss him terribly! Thank you for letting me be a part of his life! I will always remember... I will never forget...
