(nee Horan)
February 17, 1993 –December 30, 2015
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Breanne on December 30, 2015. Bre was an incredible young 22 year old woman who fought a courageous battle with cancer, and against all odds her baby boy Salvador was born on Christmas day - a miracle baby. Breanne was predeceased by her husband Adam, Clara, and her grandpa John. Bre is survived by her mom Sonia, sister Candice, aunt Rose (Joe), gramma Vi, cousins Brendan, Ryan, dad Geoff Prime (stepmom Cindy and family), grandparents Joan and Ralph, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends including her best friends Christina, Brittany and Cheyanne. A celebration of life will be held at Henderson's Funeral Home, 20786 - Fraser Hwy. Langley on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Go Fund Me Campaign for Baby Salvador's Trust.
