Brenda Gail Benoit

Brenda Gail Benoit passed away on Saturday April 2, 2013 at the age of 56. Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 8, 2013 at 10 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Brenda is survived by one daughter, Celest Clay of Church Point; one son, Sgt. John David Benoit and his wife Jessica of Leesville; two sisters, Hazel Darbonne of Iota and Ruby Duplechain of Church Point; two brothers, Kenneth Miller of Eunice and Oran Miller of Church Point; four grandchildren, Jordan Michael Benoit, Jocelyn Raven Benoit, Jessamine Celest Benoit, and Zeke Allen Clay. She is preceded in death by her parents, Cleavence and Gernice Thibodeaux Miller; her husband, Rogers Benoit; one son, Raven Paul Benoit; one grandson, Raven Paul David Melancon; one sister, Betty Vasseur; and two brothers, Alvin and John Miller. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Sunday April 7, 2013 from 2 PM to 10 PM. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM Monday morning. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon David Guillory on Monday at 9 AM. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
