Donna McConnell

McCONNELL, Donna Lee Age 70 of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018. Donna had a passion for cake decorating and made wedding cakes in her earlier years. She loved crafting and did everything from needlepoint to leather working. Donna was a problem solver and always had good advice for any situation, she would always put others before herself and was truly a kind and caring person. She is survived by her special daughter: Jackie (Kipp) Brown, nieces: Pam and Judy McConnell, brother: Robert Schaeffer, brother and sister-in-law: James (Carol Ann) McConnell, also other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: David McConnell, parents: Thurman and Eva (Prichard) Riley. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Boulevard, Englewood) with Pastor Jay McMillen officiating. Interment will be held at Miami Memorial Park in Covington following the service. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
