Brendan Tyler Hall

Brendan Tyler Hall, age 18, of Wyalusing, Pa., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015. He was a passenger in a tragic automobile accident.

Brendan was born on March 10, 1997, in Sayre, Pa., the son of Jeffrey and Crystal Cooley Hall and brother of Alyssa Hall. He attended North Rome Christian School through 9th grade, Northern Tier Career Center where he was in the welding program, and was currently a senior at Wyalusing Valley High School.

Brendan loved to make people laugh, he had an outgoing personality and his enthusiasm was contagious to everyone around him. He loved his 92 Dodge Power Ram 250 Cummins Turbo Diesel truck, "rolling coal" all over the countryside and hanging with his friends. Brendan rode dirt bikes and liked doing mechanics on all sorts of machines. He enjoyed soccer, having played for many years at North Rome. This past summer he organized and ran a youth soccer summer camp with his girlfriend Autumn McGrath. He also played basketball for North Rome and Wyalusing.

Brendan was a hard worker, having worked for Wyalusing Township during the summer, Potter farms in the winter, and Shore's Sisters seasonally for many years. Brendan put others' feelings and needs ahead of his own. He was always on the go. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Surviving are his parents, Jeffrey and Crystal Hall at home; sister, Alyssa Hall and boyfriend Brandon Beers at home; grandparents, Jerry and Wanda Cooley of Herrickville, Pa., Elizabeth Hall of South Auburn, Pa.; aunts and uncles, Bret and Nicole Cooley of Wyalusing, Pa., Karen and Josh McGroarty of New Albany, Pa., Bryan Cooley of Bedford, Pa., Sandra and Steve Burgio of South Auburn, Pa., William and Kathy Hall Jr. of Larksville, Pa.; cousins, Dalton, Colton, Mason, Haley, Katie, Sarina, Deanna and Brett.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, William L. Hall Sr. on May 1, 2009; and by a cousin, Andrew Blake Wildoner on Sept. 23, 2013.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015 at the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 1 Grovedale Lane, Wyalusing, PA 18853, with the Rev. Michael MacWhinnie of Moxie Community Church, Wyalusing, Pa., and the Rev. Christopher Gardner of Metropolitan Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in East Herrick Cemetery, Herrickville, Pa.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015 at the funeral home.
