Brendan RAFFERTY Obituary
Born April 9, 1986, passed away suddenly but peacefully on December 8, 2012. He is survived by his father, Gerard Rafferty, mother, Terry Tourand, and twin sister, Maegan Rafferty. Also mourned by Jun and Brigilyn Picar, Brendan's foster parents of 17 years, and their daughters, Charisse and Charlene, and many aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins in both Vancouver and Australia. A celebration of Brendan's life will be held at Valley View Chapel in Surrey on Thursday, December 13 at 2 p.m. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Fraser Valley Child Development Centre would be gratefully accepted.

Gerry and family,We were very sorry to hear of Brendan's passing.We knew Brendan from St. B's school.My son,Ryan had the pleasure of being In class with Brendan from grade 1-7.We were very fond of him.Ryan would often take it upon himself to help Mrs.Spindlove with him.All the kids learned alot from Brendan,and I know Ryan was in awe of how bright he was.What we remember most about Brendan was how he liked to laugh.It will be a difficult time for all of you at this time and our thoughts and prayers go out to you all.Our apologies for not attending the service,but we only found out about him today,or we would have come.Thinking of you.
