It is with great sadness that today I learned of Brent's death - a young man whom I had the pleasure of sharing a day sailing on Cockburn Sound with he and his partner Carmen... a lovely young man whose personality and character stood out and I understand his far too short life was one filled with adventure. My sincere and deepest sympathy to Carmen and the McIntyre family.

Dear Stuart & Family
We were very sad to learn of the recent loss of your eldest son, Brent. Although we didn't know Brent personally, his public story is that of a unique & compassionate human being. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

MCINTYRE (Brent ): Brent is dearly loved by his mum and dad Kathy and Stuart, brother and sister-in-law Andrew and Aleasha, partner Carmen, aunt, uncle and cousin Deirdre, David and Chloe, and his sudden passing leaves a huge void. Brent was the most kind and gentle man, a free spirit whom we lost way too soon. He will be forever missed
