I worked with Brett at Frederick Funeral Home in the early 1990's when Bradley was just a little peanut. He was a great co-worker and mentor. He had a great sense of humor, generally laughing at his own jokes a little too much. I was happy to be able to keep in touch with him at convention over the last 30 years and always sought him out. I am happy that his relationship with his Lord was so strong and that he is now healthy and living his best life in heaven. I will miss him and will enjoy the many memories I have of Brett. God bless you Lori and the entire family.

I met Brett through Salem United Methodist about 15 or so years ago. I have so many memories of small groups, cookouts, lunches after church, bowling, parties, softball, concerts...everything. He was funny and kind. He called me Kid. He loved his family and he loved his friends. We lost a great man here on Earth but Heaven gained one of the best!

Brett and I were in Bible study together for a couple of years. He had such an honest and always curious approach to whatever we were studying. He was always saying something that would crack me up or adding a question to cause the conversation to continue in a deeper direction.
Brett was a guys kinda guy. Easy to talk to, genuine in his faith, honest with his abilities and struggles...just always genuine to talk to and would leave you feeling refreshed having shared some time with him. I will miss our talks and hugs, jokes and laughter. Until we meet again my friend at the Lords table, may you rest peacefully.

Brett was such a great guy and he had a very special connection to the Leever family! He was closest in age and fast friends with my brother Mark, but also very close to my brother Dale. Although I was younger, it seems like Brett was always around! I´ve got great memories of catching rides to school with Brett, trips to Tennessee to visit Dale, church softball, bike riding parties, Walnut Hills Basketball games and so much more! Memories of Brett will always bring a smile to my face!
My deepest sympathies to Lori, Bradley, Becky and the whole Cunningham family.

My Uncle Brett was and always will be one of my favorite people. He was always fun to be around and always made others laugh. If he was there, it was going to be a fun time. I loved our trips to the racetrack and the texts/calls to talk about the races at Lawrenceburg where in more recent years he wasn´t able to attend as much. After my dad, (his older brother Ben) passed away in 2002, he became like a father figure to me. The nicknames he gave me, (Conehead, Flo, Magic) make me smile. Some I don´t even remember where or how they became nicknames but that makes it more special to me. Every niece/nephew/grandkid of Uncle Brett remembers the "Play the drums" on his lap game. Or the "Drive the car" game on his lap. Many great memories with him. Saddened that new ones cannot be made but rejoicing to know he´s in Heaven suffering no more. He´s the BEST UNCLE anyone could ever ask for. I love you Uncle Brett!
