I’M FREE
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free;
I took His hand when I heard Him call;
I turned my back and left it all. If my parting has left a void;
Then fill it with remembered joy. My life’s been full, I savored much;
Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss; Ah yes, these things, I too, will miss.

Rest peacefully Brett.
I pray that the Holy Spirit, our Comforter, will comfort, console, strengthen and enable your loved ones to bear your passing at such a young age. I pray that the Lord will daily re-assure them that Hes with them even in this situation and will never leave them nor forsake them and that they will surely see you again, never to part no more.

My heart breaks for the loved ones of Brett Ojiyi may they find strength in the many fond memories they have with him and may he guide them through this difficult period of time with the good times they have all shared. I met Brett through my daughter and my first impressions of him were that he was a respectful young man with a relaxed, calm demeanor. When he smiled and shook my hand it melted my heart and I liked him instantly. No words or actions will ever make this better remember him for who he was. Cherish the memories the good times spent laughing at something he may have said or some classic Brett dance move, and the sad times shared and the comfort that was found just being around him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as he makes his final journey. Rest in Peace Brett.

Brett, since Ive heard of your home going, Ive thought of you daily. While I have never met you in person, you and my son graduated together and your little brother Brandon and my daughter have gone to school together since Learnimy Garden Pre-School. Ive heard wonderful things about you and your brother brother Bradley. Your short-lived stay here on earth touches me deeply; as a mom, I cant imagine what your mom and dad and family must be feeling.

May you rest peacefully and my prayers are will remain with your family.
