Brian ATTWELL Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 17, 2017.

ATTWELL (Brian Vincent):
It is with great sadness we acknowledge the passing of Brian Attwell on Thursday 13.07.2017. Born in Albany on 16.01.1940, Brian was the youngest son of Albert Rosslyn and Maria Lydwina Attwell of Cuthbert. Brother to Mary (dec), Peter, Ethel (dec) and Cyril (dec). Loving partner of Wendy and friend of former wife Yvonne. Father to Ian and Phillip, Father-in-law to Conny and Cheri. Grandpop to Shakira, Tajana, Demi, Jesse and Nyiah. Pops to Melanie, Glen, Mikayla and Maddison.
Co-founder and larger than life figure of A.D. Contractors Pty Ltd Albany for over 50 years. Brian was a man born of a different period of time. A very hard worker who put more into life than he took out. He didn't deserve to spend his last years like he did. We love and respect him and want him to have the rest he has earned and the peace he deserves.

ATTWELL (Brian Vincent):
Deepest sympathy to Yvonne and families. Brian was one of the best bosses I have ever worked for. A very hard worker, a good sense of humour and very generous. We had a lot of fun together and many tales to tell. Rest in Peace, mate. Bob Farley.

ATTWELL (Brian Vincent):
In loving memory of my darling partner Brian of 28 years. Such a wonderful and happy life we shared together. I will miss you so much. Rest in peace my Love. Love always Wendy.

Love Mels, Glen, Mikayla and Maddison
ATTWELL (Brian Vincent):
Dad did so much for the community and he never looked or expected praise, he was never one to boast, he just went on quietly working for those he loved the most. His wants were very few and most of the time his worries would go unspoken. He was a man of strong will and character and believed a deal was done by handshake. To me, he was my Dad and I loved him very much. You deserve to rest peacefully now Dad. Your loving son Ian, Conny and family
ATTWELL (Brian Vincent):
Grandpop, you were one of a kind. Thank you for supporting me. Your loving grandson Jesse

We shared our love for a time, we achieved so much together. We have two lovely sons. Your legacy will live on. Those that matter, know the truth. Those who don't, do not matter. Time for you to rest in peace Brian, it's up to others to carry on now. Yvonne
