The family of the late
Mr Brian Crook would like to thank all relatives, friends and colleagues for the many cards of condolence and donations received for the
UK Kidney Foundation.
Thank you to Stephen and the caring staff at Rookwood B Ward, Chorley Hospital for their care. Thank you also to Father Peter from St. Joseph's Church, Chorley for attending Brian and giving him the last Rites.
A grateful thank you to Father Terrence,
St. Mary's Brownedge for a beautiful Funeral Service and everyone who attended
the Funeral Service.
All concerned at Preston North End for their kind words, which meant so much.
Thank you to the staff at Cornalls Market Nurseries, Higher Walton for beautiful family flowers.
And to Carrol M. Bibby and staff at
Redscar Funeral Home Ltd for most caring and dignified funeral arrangements.

I opened the family announcements page just now to find Uncle Brian still here smiling. Time has passed by since you went to sleep but you are still and always will be in my thoughts. I know you will be looking after aunty Joyce and the rest of the family. Good Bless you Uncle Brian Love Tasha xxx
