Brian GALICK Obituary
Brian Galick, age 70, of Edmonton, Alberta, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2018 surrounded by his family. Born in 1948, in Bonnyville, Alberta, he was the son of the late Joseph Galick and Pauline (Fritz) Galick.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jacqueline (Berube) Galick; children, Nicole (Mark) Leszczewski, Dr. Aimee Galick, Marie (Jacob) Craig; 2 grandchildren, Alexander and Avery Leszczewski; siblings, Louis (Helen) Galick, Carter Galick, Sharon (Alex) Fersovitch, Nick (Joanne) Galick, and Joe (Debbie) Galick; as well as many other loving nieces, nephews and relatives.
Brian was predeceased by his sister, Marie Galick, father-in-law, Victor Berube and brother-in-law, Marcel Berube.
Brian was the co-owner and president of G & G Electric in Edmonton for more than 38 years. During this time he served as President of the Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta. He enjoyed spending time with his family at the farm, camping and fishing. Hunting a rare buck was his passion.
A Prayer Service for Brian will be held at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 – 114 Street, Edmonton, on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Charles Church, 17511 – 112 Street, Edmonton at 12:30 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2018. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail, Edmonton.

Our deepest condolences go to our dear friends Nicole, Mark, Alex, Avery, Aimee, Marie and Jackie. He was an awesome guy, we really enjoyed our time together with Brian playing cards, watching the fights and cracking jokes with him over the years. He will be fondly remembered and missed greatly.
