Dear Brian, It's hard to believe it's been three years. I miss you and think of you all the time. I saw the first Indian paintbrushes of this spring today and the bright orange color reminded me of the fresh beautiful energy of your life. You will always live in our hearts.

Hi Brian. Three LONG years to the day since you've been gone. Still, almost daily, some little thought of you surfaces in my mind. We've been having dreary weather this spring. Sun has been a valuable commodity (I know you understand the commodity comparison because of your business saavy ... Hee hee). Anyhow, last Thursday we finally had a sunny day. Out of the blue, Danny texted me with "I feel like Brian is making the sun shine". That really hit me in a good way to think that you can be with us still on good days. Miss you, mi hijo.

Hey Brian, remember we took that Spanish I class together at ACC .... at 7:45 am! Anyhow, I decided to brush up my German skills this semester.... no idea why!!!! Being in class with the young students makes me think of you. These kiddos are bright and energetic like you. I wish you were in class with me again. I'd print you a copy of my fancy flash cards like I did in Spanish I. I love you, Brian.

Sending love vibrations your way

January 16, 2014

Wow. It's already been almost two years since you left our world. Everyday I think of you. Danny says that he always thinks of how funny you were and tries to remember happy times he spent with you. Katie dreams of you almost every night. Certain things will remind her of you, and she breaks down and cries. Paul has had a couple of dreams about you. Well .... I was getting jealous. I wanted to have a dream with you in it too. A few weeks ago I finally had a dream with you in it. Crazy as it sounds, we were at some water park. You and I were laughing, and I got to see your smile. Awesome. I feel blessed to have had that dream. Like Danny, I remember times with you. They were ALWAYS relaxing and fun. Life is so unpredictable. We have to accept that there are many things out of our control. It still seems unfair though. You'll always be part of my heart. You were so kind and loyal to everyone in the family... Always a gentleman. Anyhow, just wanted to send you a little update on some of our lives. Don't forget to send your vibrations to us.
Love you and miss you!
Love, Mary

Katie-
During the days ahead, we hope you'll be comforted by two things. The first is you will see Brian again, and it will be in a place much better than this. The second is that you know that you have many family and friends that love you dearly and will be with you to support you on your journey.
We love you-
Tom, Janet, Elizabeth and Mary Catherine

Dear Brian and Katie,

Angel and I think the world of you. I've told you both, that as a couple, you remind us of when we were kids. Seeing you together was like going back in time, and after went our separate ways, I always felt energized and renewed.

Just being yourselves—a couple of happy-go-lucky kids—you've forever changed our world.

Brian, you left us with an amazing gift. Whenever we close our eyes, that smile you've etched into our brains lifts us to a much higher place.

Katie, you're just awesome. We think about you and Brian all the time. We love you both, and we always will.

B,

You were the most genuine guy I have met, and one that has been taken from us far too early. The love you and Katie had together was not only inspiring, it was almost perfect. I know you are there watching over her. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend to so many of us. We will always love you.

Brian we love, and miss you. We hope to meet again one day.

You we're one of the sweetest people we had ever known, You we're always there for Nigel anytime he needed someone to talk to.
You we're such a caring person and you would do anything you could for anyone around you. You always knew how to make people laugh.

I'll never forget when we lived in Kyle at the same time and how nice you we're to the new girl.

We know you are still here and always will be as long as Katie is still around. You and her had a beautiful relationship. When anyone looked at the two of you, they could feel the love you had for each other. I can't even imagine what she is going through. Like Nigel and I, you guys we're best friends, soulmates and you we're always together. To have what you guys had was a very rare thing. People search their whole lives for a love like y'alls.
It was way to soon for you to go.
We promise you, we will always be here for Katie if there is ever anything we can do for her.
See you when we get there.
Love Casie and Nigel.

Our animals have a way of showing us when loved ones are near. It's a comfort to see when words like "closure" are being used. Comfort is found in memories shared. Listen for an unexpected song on the radio. Some things that seem to "pop up out of no-where" will be Brians' doings to make you all smile. MBS

I miss you, brother. I can't help but to think of you every time I leave or return to my home. You were the best neighbor anyone could ever have. I haven't told Nathan yet, but I'll break it to him as gently as I can. Oh, and I almost forgot... Kevin Fowler also sends his regards. ;)

Dear Brian,

I still cannot believe that you are no longer walking beside us. I will always remember your smile. A smile that lit up a room. A smile that put a twinkle in your eye. A smile that made us all smile! Brian, you had a love for everyone and everything that came your way. Your curiosity and willingness to explore life was one of your greatest strengths. I will miss you forever. You will always hold a special place in my heart. We promise to look after Katie for you, and get her through this trying time. I love you, my son. Peace and golden slumber.
