Brian Keith "Lil Gunny" Guinn, 55, of Brevard, went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2015. He was the son of the late Harold W. and Marie Landreth Guinn. A graduate of Brevard High School, he also received a mechanical engineering degree from Blue Ridge Community College. Brian could often be heard telling others "If I was any better, I'd be glued together." He was always ready with a fast and happy smile and a big hug. He was a man with a servant's heart and will be greatly missed by those who loved him. He was a member of Dunn's Rock Baptist Church. Brian worked at Ecusta prior to working at Brevard Lumber Company and Cason in the sales division for builders' supplies. He was a member of the Sports Car Club of America. His survivors include his loving wife, his best friend and his heart, Teresa Anders Guinn; his two step-sons, Casey Whitmire of Brevard and Dillon Whitmire of Chapel Hill; his adopted daughter, Whitney McCall of Pisgah Forest, and daughter Josie Guinn of Charleston, SC; and his brother, Michael "Gunny" Guinn of Brevard. Funeral Services for Brian Guinn will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 1, 2015 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Dean West officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Moore Funeral Home in Brevard.
