Brian Harold MACDONALD

So very sorry to hear the news. We have so many good memories filled with laughter. He truly lived life to its fullness. Lindsay and Sue Allen and family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Patti, and all the Macdonald family during this very difficult time.

I was very saddened to hear of Brian's passing. I had the honour of crossing paths with him at two different stages of my life.

The first was having him as my VP at St Joe's and Notre Dame, where he truly showed how much he cared about the students in his charge.

The second was when he was the Principal who gave me my first permanent teaching position at St Pat's. I had the pleasure of working with him for 5 years, and have fond memories of my time at St Pat's.

Regardless of his position, he had such a great ability to connect with everyone he met, and once he knew you, you were never forgotten. He had a very generous nature with everyone!

He will be missed!

My condolences to the MacDonald family. I first met Brian at the Ottawa teachers Collage in 1970 and later had the pleasure of working with him at St Pat's. A great guy and an excellent teacher. RIP.

My sincerest condolences to all of Brian's family. I knew Brian from our days at St. Joseph's High in the early 1960's. Recall he always had a glint in his eye and a mischievous smile. Had the good fortune to run into him again at the 50th reunion for St. Joe's in 2009 and he was the same character I remembered. RIP Brian.

I had the pleasure of teaching at St. Patrick's for over 27 years . Brian truly was a champion for all the young people there . They loved him as he did them.
