Brian, it seems like it was just yesterday when you were making everyone around you laugh and smile with your craziness! I will never forget the day we had a weapons inspection while overseas and you stuffed a hotdog (bun and all) inside of your grenade launcher! We all still miss you and talk about you;

Brian, I lost my dad and then my next thing close to me was you. You were my brother. You never even think that you wake up one morning and get a call that your brother is gone. Losing you, dad, Seth and Chris have been so hard. I wish I could hug you. You always kissed my cheek and told me you loved me. You really planted good seeds in the hearts of many. I love you with all my heart. Not only were we brothers, we were soldiers together. Say hi to my dad, Chris and Seth for me. See you before you know it. PS, Ethan still talks about you to.

I was shocked and hurt to come across this. Brian was my best friend when I was 14. We went to Tahoe together with Mr. Shipley and we got to go out on the boat. I had so much fun. Brian was the most kind hearted person I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and even though as we got older and drifted apart, I thought of him often. He was an amazing person and I love him. May he rest in peace and for his family, I'm so sorry for your loss. The world lost a beautiful soul.

My words wont match my feelings about this but I am so sorry for the loss and send my deepest sympathy to the family of Brian. I knew him when we were teens and he could always put a smile on anyones face. I regret not keeping in touch with him as much as I should have but know he would want us to remember the best things about him and there is way to many good things to mention but his kindness and energetic personality is something i will miss the most. You will always be in our hearts Brian.

As I search through my heart and head to find the words to say, I come up short. At times like this, there are no perfect words. I may have only known Brian from the last couple of years of High School til now, but I can tell you he made a sincere impact on my life. I see how a lot of people have commented on his smile and laughter and it touches my heart. When I think of him, that is biggest memory that stands out above the rest. To his family, I can only imagine what you are going through. My heart and my prayers go out to each and evryone of you. To his friends, mutual and non, the same...but also lets remember all the good times we shared with him. And never forget that goof ball smile & heart felt laughter!
