Brian Tripp Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 17, 2016.
Brian was born in Elk Grove Villiage, Illinois on November 17, 1991. As a child he played soccer and baseball, was a member of the Cub Scouts, but mostly loved riding his bike and tinkering with model cars and Legos. In January, 2003, he moved to Kennesaw Georgia with his family. Brian attended Big Shanty Elementary, Palmer Middle School and North Cobb High School where he played defense on the Warriors Football Team, and graduated in 2010. As he got older, he focused on music, friends, and family, but especially cars. Cars became his passion. He loved to work on them, drive them, and race them. He loved them fast and loud! Brian spent several years at Chattahoochee Tech for Automotive Engineering and was offered full time employment at Days Chevrolet in Acworth, GA and most recently accepted a wonderful opportunity with Pioneer Concrete in Smyrna, GA. Quiet and sensitive, Brian was never confrontational or quick to judge others, he was the advocate for the "little guy", would give you the shirt off his back, a place to lay your head, and loyal to those he loved and cared about most. Brian leaves behind countless broken hearts: his sister Brittany Tripp, his parents Jeff and Michele Sorkin, stepbrother Derek Sorkin, Grandmother Mary Lou Bychowski, Grandmother Paula Sorkin, 8 uncles, 7 aunts, 17 cousins, and an incredible amount of friends. He will be forever in our hearts, and missed for all eternity. A Celebration of Life will be held at Woodstock Funeral Home on Saturday, August 20th 12:00-4:00pm. 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188; All are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me account has been created in his name to help with his estate: www.gofundme.com/2jxdnyk. A gift of any size is greatly appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of Woodstock Funeral Home.

No words can describe the pain of losing a child, sibling and or a loved one. This is the mystery God has kept to Himself. When one leaves planet earth, we do not know where he/she goes and or do we ever meet him/her. We believe in various beliefs without proof. Michele and FAMILY, I am with you during this very difficult time in your lives. Pami Bhullar
