Brice Chretien Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 22, 2025.
Brice "Lungga" Chretien, 35, of South Paris, Maine passed away on June 19, 2025. Born on August 16, 1989, in Lewiston, Maine, Brice brought light and laughter into the lives of all who knew him.

Brice was a devoted Partner to his beloved spouse Natasha and a proud father to their eight children: Jayce, Jacoby, Mariah, Sophia, Makenzie, Leanna, Nora, and Kashton. His love for his family was the cornerstone of his life. Whether through shared meals he lovingly prepared or spontaneous trips to the ocean-one of his favorite places-Brice found joy in creating lasting memories with those closest to him.

He is also remembered with deep affection by his mother Donna and stepmother Catherine. Brice's bond with his siblings was strong and enduring. He is survived by his sister Amber and her husband Ross along with their children Noel, Harvey, and Denae; brother Kyle; sister Mandy and her children Jordan and Mariah; sister Kristina and her husband Mike with their children Elizabeth, Katie, Joseph, and Jacob; brother Sean and his partner Jocelyn with their children Aiden, Keagan, Irelyn, Miles, and Ilanna; sister Shannon and her husband Chris with their children Ethan and Logan; sister Bonnie and her husband Robert with their children Adam and Paul; brother John and his wife Sabrina with their children Heaven, Autumn, and Paisley. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews including Jamison, Caleb, Tyler, Cameron, and Destiny. His great nephew and nieces O'Shea, Grayson, and Bentley.

Brice was predeceased by his father Laurier Belanger Sr., his brother Laurier Belanger Jr., grandparents Irene and Jean Belanger, uncle Richard Belanger, aunts Lorette Larkin and Lucy Belanger, as well as his cousin Johnny Belanger.

Known for his infectious smile and laugh that could brighten any room, Brice had an innate ability to make others feel seen and supported. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His generosity extended beyond words-it was evident in every action he took.

Music played a central role in Brice's life. Whether listening or creating it himself, music was both an outlet for expression and a source of connection. He also found peace near the ocean's edge-a place where he could reflect or simply enjoy the moment. Cooking was another passion that allowed him to bring people together around the table. But above all else, Brice cherished time spent with his family.

Brice "Lungga" Chretien will be remembered as an extraordinary dad, partner, brother, uncle, son-and friend-whose selflessness touched countless lives. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who loved him deeply.

May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
