Britney Morgan Stevens

Britney Morgan Stevens, 22, of Powderly, passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, in Pearl, Mississippi. Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Britney, the daughter of William Paul & Mary Ann Coburn Stevens, was born May 10, 1991, in Dallas. She graduated from Paris High School in 2009, where she was a cheerleader and played in the band. She then graduated from Texas A&M University, Commerce in 2013, with her degree in Business Management. Britney graduated Cum Laude and was a member of Kappa Delta. Survivors include her parents who live in Powderly, a brother, Aaron Stevens & wife Kelsey of Longview, a sister, Amanda Stevens & Dakota of Reno, her boyfriend, Matt Taylor of Hattiesburg, MS, grandparents, Bill & Linda Stevens of Wylie along with many aunts, uncles & cousins and a plethora of friends.
