Bruce Joseph Mahan

Stockton - Bruce Joseph Mahan, 69 born March 15, 1956, devoted and loving son, brother, uncle, Godfather and friend passed on July 30, 2025. Bruce had a long career as an accountant with San Joaquin County. Graduate of Linden High, Delta College and Stanislaus State. Active alumni member of Theta Chi fraternity. In particular, Bruce will always be remembered for his kindness, thoughtfulness, sensitivity and great wit. Always the best listener for his family and friends. Admired by all who knew him. Bruce had a great love of music, the SF 49ers, Giants and his phone. He loved breakfasts and lunches out with his multitude of friends, far too many to mention here, but forever in his heart. Bruce is preceded in death by his father Joseph Mahan. He is survived by his mother Marlene Mahan, brother Steven Mahan, sister Lori Wraith, nephews Logan and Riley Wraith, their father Matthew Wraith, great nieces Valerie and Kaylie and great nephew Lucian Wraith. He will be missed by many and was a one of a kind gentleman. Bruce's viewing will be on August 20th 1-5pm DeYoung Shoreline. His funeral will be held on August 21st 10am at Presentation Catholic Church, followed by cemetery burial and reception at Elks Lodge. Please donate to charity of your choice.
