Dr. Newsome, I remember when you took x-rays on me for kidney stones and said,"my machine may be old but it gives me more information than these new ones." You told me to go on to the hospital if they continued to give me pain. You were correct, the stones dissolved. You are a good friend. May HaShem bless you in your new life.

Dearest Gwyn and Family, We are so deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your father. As medical tecnologists we had many occasions to know him and appreciate his service to the community. Gwyn, I came to know you through our membership in AAUW. Our houghts and prayers are with you during this most trying of times. We hope the special memories each of you have of him will provide you with the strength and support to go forward in his absence.

Cam, Gwyn, Debra and Bruce, doesn't seem so long ago that we were kids growing up on Clearview Circle and wow, all the memories, so many of them! I look at all the pictures daddy took of us together and it brings a smile to my face every time. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. Cam, my son, Michael Stephen Smith, Jr. that you taught at Wesley Heights Elem just turned 40. Hard to believe. I guess that means I can't be 29 and holding anymore. Gwyn and Debra, the beatles we were not meant to be but looking at the photos with Gwyn playing her imaginary guitar with a broken arm from our tree swing, makes me laugh. What a trooper. Bruce, well, your nightly baths as a small child, were a nightmare to say the least! It would really be wonderful to see all of you again. I wish I could be there but being a 1,000 miles away in PA makes it a little tough to do. Just know that you are in my heart and spiritually I am there with you. Take care, with all my love, Diane Dollar Lewis, Reading, PA
