In memory of
Rosie Osterbergq
May 2, 2024
My memory by Rosamae Osterberg- Rosie. Bruce and I went to kindergarten together in 1945. He called me 65 years later and told me how he used to chase me on the playground when we were out for recess. Also, said at nap time he told me he held my hand while we laid on our rugs side by side. I will never forget this. Bruce and I graduated in 1959 and I never had any contact with him until last year in January. This is so special because he called me and talked to me over over and hour and then we started emailing eachother. I miss my emails and my phone calls, it will never be the same. We talked about we would celebrate our birthdays last year and that never happened. I loved Bruce for who he was and how special he was to me. I will miss my emails so much. I'm so thankful he is home with Jesus. I treasure my memories of Bruce. Thank you, Bruce for being my friend ion my late years. Love, Rosie.

So miss the Bible scripture discussions and political insight with Bruce. I met Vicki and Bruce when they camped with their mules at Groom Creek. Years later he emailed suggestions for cabin building, followed with the Bible discussions and our country's leadership. Job and life changes delayed my seeing his graduation to heaven. I look forward to visiting with both Vicki and Bruce one day. God bless his family and friends as they make new memories to share in the future.

I just learned from my friend, Thixton "T" Miller of Capt Bruce´s passing. I had the pleasure of fishing with him in Homer a couple of times.
In more recent years "T" had shared some of my poetry with Captain Bruce and it was always responded to with a thumbs up according to "T"
If there is halibut fishing in Heaven then I hope he´s catching and releasing 300 lb barn doors.

Tears of Joy for Brother Bruce. He and I have been email pals for a long time. The last message I received from him was 3/31/23 he said:
'Blessings to you too, Annette, I hope to be in heaven before I'm 83!"
I so appreciated his daily emails of support and encouragement. I know he's with his Lord Jesus.
Love in Christ,

Bruce and I met 23 years ago though a Christian forum. Bruce and I became best friends and bible study partners. We have spent hundreds of hours on the phone and exchanged thousands of e-mails studying end-time bible prophecies.
Thank you Lord God for putting Bruce in my life.

You're greatest gift was sharing you're vast knowledge of Bible Scripture. It was because of our Bible studies together that I understood who Jesus Christ is.
