Bruno (Ted) Kulisz Obituary
Ted's unwavering love for his wife of 78 years, Elizabeth, defined his life. His warmth and joy for life extended to a wide circle of family including nieces, nephews, and beyond. With a sense of comfort, Ted is now reunited with both his sons, Danny and Terry, as he embarks on his eternal rest.
Ted's career spanned both Mario's and Larco's Restaurants, as well as Big Bills Sports in Dearborn Heights. Whether serving linguini or cheering for Detroit's sports teams, his charisma radiated. His membership in community organizations-the Elks, Moose, American Legion, and Knights of Columbus-reflected unwavering commitment.
Bowling alleys, golf greens, casinos, and card tables were his playgrounds. Ted's humor, parallel to a semi-professional comedian, illuminated rooms. His departure leaves a void in countless lives. Yet, his spirit, laughter, and stories remain etched in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers and as we bid farewell, let us raise a glass-not just in sorrow, but in celebration. Ted's smile may have dimmed, but the joy he brought lives on.

Janice bayster..my uncle knew a few people who owned horses so one day he called me and told me his friend invited him to watch his horse run at DRC..and wanted me to join him..we might be able to make some money he said.. I was all for that.. well his friends horse didn´t win.. I asked uncle Ted if he wanted to split a trifecta with me .. he looked at my numbers then looked at the odds..he said how did you come up with THOSE numbers?? We laughed but I was going to bet them anyway.. so he decided to split the bet with me and we won 1400$ yep it was a good day after all..I´ll never forget it or him..

You always knew when Teddy was in the house (American Legion Post 346 in Farmington). His smile lit up the room, what a wonderful soul.

My uncle was never without a joke or story to tell. He was the life of all our family parties. We will miss him dearly. Rest in peace uncle
