Shirley Ann Isleib

Isleib, Shirley Ann Passed away Friday, June 22, 2001, in the comforts of her own home. She suffered from pancreatic cancer, which she fought for the past six months. She was born May 21, 1925 and has been a longtime resident of Glendale. In 1974, she was widowed by Harry Albert Isleib. Her favorite activities included volunteering at Verdugo Hills Hospital and being a longstanding member of the PEO Chapter in Glendale. She is survived by her two children, Harry "Skip" Isleib and his wife Janet of San Francisco and Dennis Isleib and his wife Carol of Camarillo; grandchildren Heather Gascon, Brian Isleib, Kristin Isleib and Suzanne Isleib. She is also survived by her loving brother Fred W. Gray, Sr. and his wife Margaret. We would also like to acknowledge her friends who stood by her through these most difficult times. A graveside ceremony for immediate family was held on June 27, 2001 at noon at Forest Lawn Glendale, with Chaplain Randy E. Bossom officiating. In memory of Shirley Ann, donations may be made to either Verdugo Hills Hospital or Hospice.
