Dear Joyce and Family,
May "the peace that passeth understanding" give you comfort. I remember Burton and his gentle and kind ways. What a wonderful reunion you can look forward to.
Sincerely, and with Love,

Mr. Winters tuned my piano several times, and he welcomed my children's curiosity (and mine!) about the process, letting us linger and watch him work -- even though I'm sure this was an inconvenience. His love for family was immediately apparent, as he talked of his children and grandchildren fondly during our chats. I passed him often at the grocery store or around town, and saw that he treated everyone he encountered with warmth and kindness. I am very sorry to hear of his passing.

Dearest Joyce & family, sending much LOVE to you and praying that you will all be encircled in the arms of His love and peace knowing that Families are indeed FOREVER. I remember when Burton gave the 1st Patriarchal Blessing when the MoTab was in Israel. And dear Joyce, I will always be your fellow Choir "tree" even though they finally moved us off the front row! You've always been my choir favorite and do hope to see you at the luncheon in May. Much love from Dianne Burton Miller - Alpine, Utah

Dear Winters, I was so sorry to hear today that Burton had died and his funeral was today. He was always a special person to me, and when he and Joyce sang together, I always ended up with teary eyes because it was so beautiful. May God bless and comfort you all. Love to you Joyce.
Sincerely, Virginia Wilson

Winters family, I have many f one and special memories of Burton. He was one of the first Tabernacle Choir members to help me settle into that rigorous routine. I felt his sincere Christ-like love.
Over the years he was always a friend, with that special smile - wonderful memories.
Deepest condolences and love to you and your family.

Dear Joyce and family,
I offer my sincere condolence at the passing of a great man. I knew Burton for many years in CES. We had many great experiences together. I know how you will feel,Joyce, without him as I lost my Lola last November. It is lonely but the children will keep you going.
Sincerely,
Richard Brough
