Buster Dell Lock Sr., 38 years old of Ponchatoula, passed away Monday, November 14, 2011, at his residence. He was born on Tuesday, December 19, 1972, in Houma. Mr. Lock was a loving father. Buster was a tugboat captain for 5 years and was in the industry for 16 years. He attended Eagle Heights Community Church. Surviving are his parents, Jeannen and Lloyd Whittington; parents, Tom and Belinda Lock; son, Buster Dell Lock Jr.; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Renee Lock and Amber Cheyenne Lock; sister, Billie Jean Lock-Prine; brother, Tommy Lynn Lock; 2 step-sisters, Tanya Whittington-Spring and Sue Ann Whittington-Richardson; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. He is preceded in death by his step-sister, Jacqueline Whittington-Perez and grandparents. Friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, Thursday, November 17, 2011, from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Billie Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery.

Hey daddy I just wanted to tell you that I live and miss you so much I wish you were here so that you could meet your grandkids in January I hate that they will never get to meet you but I know you and pawpaw will be here everyday looking down on them and guiding them like tall have done me I love and miss both of yall so much
