MARLIN, Byron James Draper On January 06, 2006, Byron James Draper Marlin of Edmonton passed away at the age of 55 years. Byron is survived by his loving family, his parents, Ken and Helen; two brothers: Bev and Rod; one sister, Judy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at Connelly-McKinley ~ Edmonton Chapel, on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Friends who so wish may make memorial donations directly to the Canadian Paraplegic Association (Alberta). 305-11010-101 Street, Edmonton. Ken, Helen, Rod, and family.

I was very sad to read of the loss of your son and brother, Byron.

Please accept my sincere condolences and deepest sympathy for you all at this time.

May Byron rest in peace in the loving arms of the Lord.

Mr. and Mrs. Marlin, Bev, Rod and Judy - I am so sorry to hear of Byron's passing. I remember him so well as a high school kid with a terrific sense of humour, and also as a person who dealt with his situation with dignity and strength (he was so young to take that on!) My heart goes out to you; I can only imagine how you are feeling right now. If I can get away from the office, I will come up to Edmonton for the funeral tomorrow - Dad will go with me. My brother Peter and my Mom both send their condolences.

Deepest sympathy to you all. We will always remember Byron for his interest in everything "Marlin" - Marlin cars and especially Marlin rifles. Our short time with him discussing these items was a joy.God Bless.
