Dear Ruth, You may not remember us
but we met you a few times with
Ed and Nancy Spangler. They told
us about Ted's passing and we just
wanted you to know that you are in
our prayers as you grieve his loss.
God Bless you.

Kim & Sue,
I got call from my Mom notifying me of your loss. Your Dad was the Best. Always there to help with the car and to crack a joke, he will truly be missed. My family’s thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
Sincerely,
Kurt Hosbach

Kim & Sue,
You are both in my thoughts and prayers. Ted was one of kind. You should both be proud to have had a dad like him and to know he is up above watching over you.

I was so sorry to hear that your dad passed away. We enjoyed him so much when he came to work to see Nancy or when we went to your home.

Sue, Kim and Ruthie,
My deepest condolences to you and your families. Ted was a big favorite among all of the girls and his sense of humor and huge heart will be forever missed. I will always remember trying to wear him out on the dance floor at weddings! He would never, ever say no to a ride to the skating rink or the mall, or even to work if you missed the streetcar. Stopping over the Holmes's meant subjecting your car to an oil change or tinkering under the hood. I remember working downtown in the old Jenkins Arcade and hearing him come in. Not knowing who it was, I listened to everyone jab and jest and finally realized that I knew that voice...and everyone knew and loved Ted!! He was a legend. He was very blessed in this life with two wonderful wives who loved and supported him and two daughters who treated their Papa as King. That alone was alot of love in one life...but add to that grandchildren, friends, neighbors and everyone that was touched by this man and you truly have one life who touched us all. He will be missed. The world has lost a bit of sunlight. Take care guys...I love you.
