Calvin Evans Obituary
MOUNT PLEASANT - Services for Calvin Ray "Squirrel" Evans will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at Denton Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, with Dr. W.G. Lacy officiating. Burial will follow in Denton Cemetery of Mount Vernon. Arrangements are by Tumey Mortuary. Mr. Evans died May 19, 2007, in Mount Vernon.
Born November 13, 1955, in Mount Vernon, he owned a lawn service company and was a member of Denton Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Reda Evans; brothers, Michael Evans, Terry Evans and Stevie Freda Evans; and sisters, Sheila Evans Wright, Tammy Rogers and Shara Evans. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
