Camille was a very good friend of mine whom I've had the pleasure of sharing many memories and experiences with over the years. Even though we've only known each other for the past 3 years, we've done many things and gone many places in that short span of time. Camille and I kind of blundered into each other together with many of our friends during junior year of high school. Truth be told, the lot of us becoming friends seemed unlikely and I don't think any of us are quite sure how it happened, but it worked somehow. Camille has always been a funny, energetic friend throughout the years, always excited to go out and do more things with her friends. We've been on roadtrips to Monterey, hiking the sand dunes along Highway One to taking us around her old stomping grounds in San Francisco, up and down Chinatown. From introducing us to Balut to wandering the rivers and watering holes of the Santa Cruz mountains, there's never been a dull moment with her. Her passing still seems surreal and it still feels like she's with us. I hope that feeling never leaves.
Thank you Camille, for all the wonderful memories you've given me while you here. It's just a shame that we left so many plans yet unfulfilled.
I'll see you on the other side some day.

I will always remember that sweet smile while she greets me with a respectful Hello Mr. Garcia whenever I come to pick up my daughter after swim practice...
You will be missed!
Thoughts and prayers to her loved ones!

Camille was my classmate at Mitty and I was lucky enough to consider myself her friend. She was an amazingly funny and perceptive person and the world is a less interesting place without her.
