Fair Winds and Following Seas Captain Rogers, and family. A man,
especially a Captain of Captain Rogers integrity and character, is not someone one comes across many times in life. May the family enjoy all the life memories they accumulated with their father, mother, grand parents. Thank you for your service sir.

sorry for your loss. I was in his classroom Nov 22 , 1963 when we heard about the Kennedy assassination. Judson High School, near San Antonio. He often gave me a lift home in Converse, Tx. in a 57 T bird. RIP. Glenn Boeck

Dear Rogers Family,
We sincerely are sorry for your loss of both Will and Sharon (last year). We loved knowing them and having them as friends--through many years of living in San Diego AND our shared US Navy duty station in Yokosuka, Japan in 1967-70. It was an exciting time for all of us--first time living "on the economy" in a foreign country.

Will was such a fine fellow in every regard. Both he and Sharon always had the biggest smiles and energetic personalities. It was a pleasure to be in their company.

Love to you and to their memory,
Rita O'Harrow Tinsley

Rest in peace Captain. We served together on Cushing. He was an inspirational and compassionate leader. May you be in Paradise with our Lord and Savior and may this knowledge bring comfort to your family and friends.
