Carl A. Bieber, 89, passed away on March 25, 2021 in Fort Myers, Florida. Carl was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 1931 to Charles Greer Bieber, Sr. and Viola Marie Hopper Bieber. He grew up in and around Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He graduated from Hightstown High School, Hightstown, New Jersey in 1949. In 1951, Carl married his high school sweetheart Barbara Anderson of Hightstown, New Jersey. They had 4 children; Jeffrey Bieber (Nicole) of Tucson, Arizona, Cynthia Bieber Lazar of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Nancy Bieber of Fort Myers, Florida and Scott Bieber (Avorn) of Thailand.

Carl worked for an international engineering firm for 16 years and lived primarily in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. After moving to North Miami Beach, Florida in 1967, he became a state licensed general contractor and a real estate broker. In 1977 Carl and Barbara moved to Bonita Springs, Florida and formed Gulf Harbor Development with Chuck and Helen Bieber, Carl's brother and sister-in-law. They built residential communities and commercial buildings.

Carl loved to snow ski, take his boat, "the big Barb' out for early runs and cook breakfast on the beach.

Carl is survived by his 4 children, 2 grand children and 3 great grand children.
