Carl A. Coakley Jr.

I am so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. I knew he had been battling ALS. I send prayers and thoughts to Carl's family. We shared a birthday and went through school together. I kept up with Carl through my Mom. I know he will be missed.

Dear Jeannie and Katie,

We came to know Carl over the years that he provided lawn service for us. He was so knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. We appreciated his kind and gentle manner. We have prayed for your family over the years that Carl struggled with his illness. We are sad to hear of his passing, as we will miss him. Yet, we rejoice that he is now home with the Lord, with a new body. We look forward to meeting him in heaven someday.

As a member of the White Family, I have fond memories of buying summer fruits from Carl and talking with him. I remember during the big snow falls, how Carl would drive his tractor to our house and plow our driveway without anyone calling him and how Harold Jr. and Carl would fuss over money because Carl didn't want to take it. That's the kind of person Carl was. He did everything for anyone out of the goodness of his heart. We are all Blessed because he knew him.
May the family find peace and joy knowing that Carl was truly loved by so many.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Lil Carl. He was a wonderful person and a neighbor many people wish they could have. Carl was a true example of a man of God. I remember buying fruit from him in the summer and talking to him while he was picking the grape, apples and peaches for us. He was such a wonderful person. I know there is a golden crown for him. I pray for strength for you and the family.

Jeannie and Katie, it has been our honor to have been a part of your family. I can remember many lengthy conversations with Carl about KG sports, soil and landscaping, and you, Katie. He has touched the hearts of many and he will be missed. We are praying for comfort for you both and know that we love you.

My heart is sad but yet I rejoice that a wonderful and deserving man has finally earns eternal rest. Carl was an exceptional person and neighbor. We couldn't buy a better neighbor. My prayers and condolences are with you all.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Carl, i have known him for a long time and could never say a bad thing about him. Prayers to his family and friends and may you soar with the angels.

Carl was one of a kind. He was an honest, open, and trusting person. I will miss setting on the couch and talking about anything from farming to sports. I will miss him but I will never forget him. He was an awesome husband, father and for me a brother.

We are keeping Jeannie and Katie and families in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. We are fortunate to have known Carl and have enjoyed many wonderful conversations with him. Sad he has left this earth but happy he is whole again and with the Lord.

Dear Carl,
You will be greatly missed. I loved to listen to you talk. You were so knowledgeable about so many things. You were also my favorite tour guide. So many wonderful memories! I loved the thoughtful birthday book! Next time we meet I will have many more questions for you!
