HEINRICH, Carl MichaelNovember 23, 1931 - August 13, 2010In the early morning hours of August 13, 2010, Carl peacefully passed from this life to his heavenly home surrounded by loving family. Carl was a devoted family man. He leaves behind his wife Clara after fifty-six wonderful years of marriage and he is survived by their legacy of four children and their spouses (Cheryl, Catherine/Don, Carl/Leea, Chris/Annisa), eleven grandchildren (Danielle and husband Mike, Kyle, Carl, Ryan, Jamie, Andrew, Brendan, Caroline, Kristine, Jack, and Noah), and three great-grandchildren (Alex, Sabrina, and Edwin). Carl is also survived by his two sisters (Eva/Paul and Thelma) and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and their families. Carl enjoyed thirty-two years with Trans Canada Pipelines; a career that took him and his family from Regina to Winnipeg, then on to Toronto, and ultimately Calgary where he retired in July of 1988. He thoroughly enjoyed supporting his community through Block Watch, and was deeply involved with his church (Lutheran Church of Our Savior). A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior Church (8831 Fairmount Drive S.E., Calgary).
