Dear Buck, Paulette, and Robyne,
We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Clearly he was a very generous family man with a great sense of humor, who was loved enormously - for these traits live on in your character, Uncle Buck. Though no longer with us, our loved ones remain in our hearts and our memories. I'm sure you all have lots of great memories and now you have another angel looking after your family. With sympathy and love,

Judy and Family,

I was so sad to hear about your father. He was my favorite customer down at Aldi. I think I looked forward to his weekly shopping trip with his daughters and grandaughter as much as he did. He was always kind and one of the sweetest people I had ever met. I will miss him. God bless your family.

Uncle Buck, Aunt Paulette, Robyne & All the Lane Family (who we consider our second family). We are so sorry for your loss of a great man. Carl treated us like his own family every time we visited from Baltimore. We always looked forward to playing spades (& Carl always winning & stirring around his hat!). He was a gentle soul with such a caring, generous & kind demeanor. We will all miss him but comforted to know he will now be reunited with the love of his life, Marge. Love to you all.

Lane Family:
We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Carl, like Margie, was a special, kind person and we have fond memories of them both. Their home was always open and they treated everyone as family. Treasure the great memories you have. May God give you peace, comfort and strength for this time and replace your sadness with joy as you remember how blessed you were to have them both in your lives.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
