Our adored wife, mommy, grandma, daughter, sister and friend Carla C Grist passed away unexpectedly on March 26, 2016 at her home with her loving family by her side. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 11:00 am at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 So. 2300 East. Friends and loved ones may visit on Wednesday evening, March 30, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm at Holbrook Mortuary and from 9:30-10:30am prior to services.

Mommy you are the angel that gave me life. I hope you truly know that you are my best friend n my mommy no matter what I did good or bad u stood by my side n never let me fall. I'm glad your no longer in pain n watching from above to keep us safe n loved as the angel u have become this isn't good by I know that for sure one day I will be with u for the rest of eternity I miss you so very very bad n I love your with every part of me mommy

NO mother should have to go through this. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Remembering the sleep overs, the Barbie clothes our moms made and the fun in the orchard. Especially our drapery outfits that our moms also made!
