Carla was a great person. I first met Carla when I lived in Helena and worked with her on the Jim Waltermire campaign and thus worked for her when she was working in the 1989 Legislative session. We went on to work on another campaign. Our paths faded when I moved away from Helena and moved back to Fairfield and Great Falls in 1991. I thought of the fun times we had and remember some of the life lessons Carla taught me. Carla introduced me to a lot of people and was a very talented person! She will be missed. My prayers are with the family at this time. I wish I could be at the memorial service, but cannot attend due to a prior committment. I have 2 children now and am married and live in Great Falls; and will fondly remember the good times that Carla and I had as friends and co-workers. God's blessings and my sympathies to the family.
