More than a Father he was a Grandfather...He led by example and was committed to excellence in everything he did. He was the most interesting man in the world. He was my rock and knew how to love!

Carlos employed me at Kaiser Aluminum on 21 February, 1977. I enjoyed reporting to Carlos. He was a stern but fair man. He had a personality I'll never forget. He was always ready to smile. After he left Kaiser, we lost touch but I'll always be very thankful to Carlos for taking a chance by employing me. I'm still employed at the plant in Gramercy. Thank you Carlos. You made a difference in my life.
