Carlos Quintana, our beloved father, brother, grandfather and uncle, passed away on Wednesday December 13th 2023 at the age of 74. He passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Carlos was born on February 8th 1949, in Mission, Texas to Diego & Catalina (Lara) Quintana. Along with his seven siblings, he spent his youth in Whiteland, Indiana. After graduating from Whiteland High School, he attended Vincennes University.

He worked in Speedway, Indiana at Allison's Transmission, a division of GM, from which he retired in 2005 after a 35 year career.

Carlos was the loving and proud father of three children, Jeff McClain, Charlie Quintana and Stacy Quintana. One of his proudest undertakings in life was his role as "Grandpa". He loved playing golf, often recounting humorous mishaps on the course. Carlos was known for his good sense of humor, storytelling talent and kindness. His beloved grandchildren were particularly enthralled by his tales. Carlos was a man whom knew no stranger and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his children, Charlie (Becky), Stacy (Scott Clark) and Jeffrey McClain. Grandchild, Rebecca, Kennedy, Kody, Kyndall, Koslon, Quinn, Parker and great granddaughter Luna. Sisters Rosa Quintana-Mares , Carmen Quintana, Maria Quintana and brothers Alfredo Quintana and Armando (Phyllis) Quintana. He is proceeded in death by his parents, sister Josephine Pearce, brother Arturo Quintana and niece Michelle. May his soul rest in peace. Celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
