Carlos was more then my best friend he was my brother . He will totally be missed by me and countless others!! Carlos had the biggest heart and cared for others no matter what the circumstances had been ! He supported everything I did whether he agreed or didn't agree with my decisions !! Carlos will and always shall be known as THE PERFECt Friend !! R.i.P
