Hubbard, Ohio, Carmen Papa, 85, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, died Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Carmen was a general inspector for the City of Pittsburgh and a Democratic County Committeeman Member, City of Pittsburgh, 1st District, 12th Ward. Husband of the late Lena J. (nee Camuso) Papa; brother of Anthony Papa of Plum Boro, PA, Santo Papa of Monroeville, PA and Olympia LoAlbo of Verona, PA. Funeral service will be Saturday, 9:15 a.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, 709 N. Main St., Hubbard and at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard.
