Dear Dr. Iizuka and Family,

My sincerest condolences on the passing away of your wife Carol. I shall keep her and all of you in my prayers. Since she was an operating room nurse at Sunrise and Valley Hospital I most have met her way back then, but just can't recall as I quit doing surgery back in 1978. I also miss seeing you at the OR at Shepherd Eye Center when I go there every now and then to watch surgery. I was always impressed with your kindness to your patients.

Sincerely,

Jose

Dear Dr. Iizuka a Family,

I was stunned when I was told of Carol's passing. It seems like yesterday that I ran into her at the mall and she brought me current with what was happening in her life. I always enjoyed Carol when she came by the office with the kids and boy was she proud of them. I loved visiting with her at the office parties and really enjoyed her sense of humor. She was one of the girls.

Please know that you are in my thoughts and my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Teri and family,
Our deepest sympathy at your loss of Carol. Reading the obituary brings back flashing images of her laughing the last time we were together at the high school renuion and of course the first time we met again in Las Vegas in the operating room. What a coinsidence! Our love and prayers go out to you all at this most difficult time. May her memory be eternal. Ed and Jeanne Oparnico
