Carol Lapierre Obituary
She was the wife of Alphonse J. "Al" Lapierre, Jr., to whom she had been married to for over 34 years. She is also survived by a daughter, Debra Barthelette of Worcester.
She was born in Worcester and moved to Southbridge in 1963. She worked as an inspector at both American Optical for over 21 years, and most recently Dexter Russell for the past 17 years.
She was an avid traveler and especially enjoyed the Carribean. She also loved dining at fancy restaurants.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton Street, Southbridge. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held prior to the funeral from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Overlook Masonic Home Hospice, 88 Masonic Home Drive, Charlton, MA 01507.
