Carol was my art teacher at Kingsway school in Rochdale Lancashire, She was lovely and very attractive, she was dating my form teacher Sam Foxton. This was 1967_ 73. We were also friends I visited her in the tower flats where she lived and met her little french Mother. I always tember her. I recently bought a yachts print by Lowry and made me think of her and googled Lowry and found all this amazing information. Reall y like his futuristic drawings. I will now look closer at prints. I sad Carol has passed and wished I had googled sooner, O did see Carol some years ago on a documentary.

To Carol Lowry's family,
We will miss the fun loving person Carol was. We enjoyed the time we had together. She brought the sunshine into our family and she was part of the family, she and Doodles. Now she is in Heaven singing the "Steeler's Fight Song" which I had to listen to whenever we rode together. Now she and Doodles are together and may she rest in Peace. I hope there is a lake or a river up there for she loved to Kayaks.
Dear friend we will miss you.
