Carol Faith Lauzon Pelletier, our beloved Mom, Wife, Nana, Sister, CeCe, Auntie and Friend, passed away peacefully on April 21st 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, generosity, laughter and grace. Carol was the laughter heard wherever she was. She was the light that lit up the room. Her generosity was beyond. She was only 76 years old.

Carol was born in Bristol Connecticut October 11th 1947. She was a graduate from Bristol Eastern High School in 1965. A devoted wife to Gaston Joseph Pelletier, together they shared the best of times, cherished moments, vacations and built a home filled with love, family and togetherness. Carol and Gaston met at Connecticut Spring and Stamping where they both worked in Farmington CT.

Carol's job was first and foremost a Mom, to her daughters, Shannon and Amy. She said continuously, "You girls are my everything." She poured her entire life into being with them, and home for them. She was a fierce advocate for her daughters, a listener and stood tall for her girls. She prioritized her daughter's needs above all else. Making countless sacrifices to make sure they had the opportunities and love they deserved. From cheering them on at basketball games, softball, cheerleading, track, proms, new jobs, to bringing lunches they forgot. Carol created a job at St. Matthew's School in Forestville, just so she could be closer to them. Carol's career took her to St. Joseph's School in Bristol where she was assistant to the Principal. Carol then finished her career at Carling Technologies in Plainville, CT. As an Office Manager, Carol held the office together with staff and management. Beyond the day to day, Carol multi-tasked, and built strong relationships with the people she worked with.

Carol resided in Bristol, Farmington and Plainville, Connecticut. Mount Dora, Palm Bay and Apopka, Florida with her beloved husband, Gaston. She passed just 3 days after their 54th Wedding Anniversary. And Gaston who suddenly passed away just 9 days before her Carol.

Carol leaves behind her loving sisters, nieces and nephews, co-workers, neighbors and friends she would make everywhere. Two heartbroken daughters Shannon Pelletier and her fiance Jeffery Jones. Amy Grey and her boyfriend Chris Albert. And lastly her beloved and adored Grandkids Pierce Pyrzenski and his girlfriend Sierra Kihega of Hartford CT and Tyler Pyrzenski of Collinsville, CT. Shyann and Presley Swanson of Bristol CT.

She will be deeply missed by those who had the utter privilege of knowing her, talking to her, and being a part of her journey. Carol touched so many lives. She was a loving wife to Gaston, a beloved Mom, a caring sister, a generous friend and always offered a listening ear, a source of endless encouragement.

While Carol may no longer be with us today, her spirit, her unprecedented light will remain forever in our lives and hearts. Her energy, her smile, and infectious laughter remains. She was the life of the party. Always. She knew how to make every moment unforgettable.

May her soul find eternal peace with her loving husband Gaston and her memory continue to inspire us to live with the absolute zest she had for life.

Rest in peace our beautiful, loving, caring, generous Mommy and Nana. Carol - you will be forever missed and forever remembered.

Her daughters are planning a special celebration at the Olive Bar 9 School Street in Unionville CT on June 16th from 1 to 4pm. All are invited to celebrate, A Tribute to Carol and Gaston "The Greatest Love Story."

I am so sorry to hear about Carol's passing. I am a cousin located in Vermont, I haven't seen Carol for years, but remember time with her so well when I was younger and they had a camp on Lake Champlain. My thoughts are with the family. Brenda Allard Plastridge

She knew how to keep the family together by hosting fun panics that usually lasted all day & night and included a live band ''The Select Few'' (Gaston, Jacques, Stu, Ralph, Eugene, and Kenney) which also included fun games and water balloon toss with cool prizes for the winning team! They also hosted Christmas parties yearly. They will be greatly missed by all because they were LOVED dearly. R.I.P
