My mother & your Grandmother were friends in their youths & thru marriage with their spouses. As kids our parents always got together. I was a childhood friend of Carol, Connie Terry & Nancy. They are attended my wedding. Everyone lead their lives. The last time I spoke to Carol was 4 years ago. Decided to call today(nostalgia set in) only to be told by Chis she passed. I was totally devastated. I live in Arl Hts and my 1 daughter married an Schaumburg high schooler. So close yet never met with Carol. My heartfelt condolences to the Rafalski family. Wayne Szorc

I can't say enough about her thoughtfulness. She remembered many in so many ways, I can't even begin to mention all the hows and whens. I will miss her visits to Shoreline Drive on our bench and I know many others will too!

I am so sorry to hear of Carols passing. She was such a funny crazy lady. We used to joke that we only saw each other in parking lots. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her wonderful family. She was such a family person that was apparent to everyone. Great memories from Janice and Ray Hallett.
