Idk where I wrote to you Carol prior to today. I´ve done it at least once before; I spoke on how kind you were too me when I moved out here in 1998. You were the first to greet me & accept me as I was instead of all the hate.
I wrote how you are never forgotten (see this post). You were the first & only name I´ve seen in memory of on a vehicle that I´ve personally known so every time I see one decal I wonder how you are always.
Well I come here today Carol to say you came through in what people would call the dream state. I believe they´re alternate dimension travel spots, time travel spots when we close our eyes. You came through this morning & I won´t forget that "dream".
I was on some random trip on a bus & my mind triggered to seeing someone I once knew named Stephanie. I said Hello & we both knew one another instantly not forgotten. She explained let me introduce you to my friend Carol. Dark hair with curls. It was pulled back in a scrunchy type form so no hair was on the shoulders. I swear this was like a gift shop somewhere cause we walked over to where you were & Stephanie exclaimed "Carol here´s my old friend Mike."
Carol you turned around it didn´t even take one second for me to recognize you & you recognize me. Though we never talked in school & maybe our last conversation was prior to entering Westview. We both knew who each other were. You gave the warmest hug. The warmest. The hair product emulated a smell I can´t describe. It was fantastic to see you again. None of us was going anywhere for awhile. Maybe an airport gift shop & cafe. So you & I sat down to converse.
Found out you were happy as can be. You weren´t seeing anyone but you were playing the role of surrogate for a friend of yours. You explained three months pregnant for her. It´s all I can remember from the conversation. When our conversation ended we exchanged numbers to stay in contact. We never stopped talking to each other moving forward in that dream state until I woke up.
Carol you were still so pretty. So witty. So happy. So full of life. So happy to help people you love. So stylish. A joy to converse with.
Know I think of you so often. How kind you were to me when no one else was.
Thank You Carol. Miss you.
