Our family is brokenhearted with the passing of our beloved Carolina Mundarain. A Venezuelan native and daughter of Delgica Guardia and Oscar Toro. She might not be with us physically, but she will always be remembered. She warmed thousands of hearts with her perennial smile and unconditional love for her husband and her family. She is survived by her daughter, Victoria, her sons Sergio, Ricardo, Kevin, and Dimitri, and her husband, Luis Jose Mundarain.
 
Carolina met Luis Jose while working in Venezuela, they became inseparable and many years later were blessed with little Victoria. She brought light into their lives and into our hearts. A few years later they decided to make the United States their new home and although living in different countries, Carolina managed to stay connected and united with her siblings and family members for her entire life.
 
Una vez en la vida tienes la oportunidad si eres afortunada, de conocer y convivir con un ángel de luz como Carolina, de colores vivos, con una sonrisa perenne, con amor infinito, con entrega absoluta, una buena esposa, madre, hermana, tía, amiga compañera y confidente que perdurará en nuestro corazón para siempre, hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar.
 
Visitation will be Wednesday, 2:30PM-6:00PM at T. M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston.  Funeral Service will be held 3:00PM at the funeral home.
