Carolyn Casswell

Carolyn Deborah DeWilde Casswell age 50 passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at her home in Malvern, PA. Carolyn was born on November 19, 1967 in Bryn Mawr, PA to Robert and Barbara DeWilde. She was the most amazing person, who brought joy and love where ever she went and to whomever she met. Carolyn was the most wonderful aunt and she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Great Valley High School-Class of 1986 and Cornell University-Class of 1990. Carolyn was a Major Gifts Officer for Cornell University, as well as a proud, energetic and enthusiastic Cornell University Alumna. She was also a member of the Charlestown Historical Society and Cornell Alpha Phi Sorority. SURVIVORS: Wife of William H. Casswell; daughter of Robert and Barbara DeWilde; sister of Darlene Flores and Darren DeWilde; aunt of Constance & Cynthia Lowe, Micayla, Ryan & Hayley Flores, Christofer & Conor Casswell, and Edison & Grant DeWilde. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are invited to attend Carolyn’s life celebration service on Monday, July 2, 2018. There will be visitation with family at 10am, with the celebration at 11am at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 10 West Pleasant Grove Road West Chester, PA, followed by a reception at the church’s fellowship hall.
