My beautiful Aunt Carolyn. I am the daughter of her sister, Shirley who is alive and well at 88 years old so I made this entry Eric in honor of your mom from both of us. All my friends ask me who I got the "glam" style and Sherry is right...your beautiful mom who was never under or over dressed just the Best Dressed!! I remember when I was 10 years old your mom and dad taking me clothes shopping at Bloomingdale´s and Lord and Taylor...Yes they created this little monster lol. My mom loved going to Lord and Taylor with your mom for their shopping trips and they always had a tuna fish sandwich at the cafe inside the store.

My aunt and uncle owned a salon in Old Greenwich many years ago which I believe I was 12 when I first started experimenting with my hair. . I have so many fond memories of your mom...summers staying at your house on Harvest Hill, going to Jane´s pool, Martinis at Capital Grill, many shopping trips only to the best stores of course she would never go to those "other stores", Christmas,Thanksgivings...and so many more. I know this is a very difficult time and words can´t change how you feel but hold close to your heart all the fond memories we all had together and how much she loved you. You were her world Eric!!

I loved Aunt Carol! Always dressed to the nines. I would visit with her a few times a year and take her to lunch. She always was so appreciative and happy to spend time together. She would always complement me and my kids and made me feel special. I loved my connection with her. Knowing she was married to my moms mothers brother, helped me to feel connected to her, even though I never met my grandmother. I have fond memories of going to the house in Newfield seeing your big beautiful Christmas tree every year. Your mom will always be with you Eric, she loved you so. Sending love and prayers to you and your family. Sherry

I´m so sorry for your loss! My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn at The Villa where my mom also resides. We often sat and chatted with Carolyn, she brought a lot of laughter to my Mom and I. We will miss her!
